You may be at a point where…
- You have an important decision to make, but keep going over the same options.
- Your role or circumstances have changed, and you are unsure what you want next.
- You know something needs to change, but have not yet acted.
- You are carrying more responsibility and need space to think clearly.
- You want to make a decision you believe in, not simply the decision others expect.
You do not need someone to make the decision for you. You may need the right space and questions to hear your own answer more clearly.
One-to-one leadership coaching
One-to-one leadership coaching
Coaching gives you private space to think honestly about what is keeping you stuck, work out what you want and decide what to do next.
I will listen closely, ask questions that help you see the situation differently and challenge your thinking when it is useful.
The aim is not to give you the answer. It's to help you reach a decision you believe in and take action you are prepared to follow through.
What you can leave with
- A clearer understanding of what is keeping you stuck
- Greater confidence in the decision you need to make
- Practical action you are ready to take

For organisations
Coaching for organisations
Companies can provide coaching for an individual leader or bring a group of leaders together to work through a shared leadership challenge.
One-to-one coaching
Private coaching for a leader who is taking on greater responsibility, navigating change or working through an important decision.
Before coaching begins, we agree what it is intended to support, what remains confidential and how any progress updates will be handled.
Group coaching
Group coaching brings leaders from the same organisation together to work through a shared leadership challenge.
The company agrees the focus with me before we begin. Each group is then shaped around that challenge, giving leaders space to think honestly, learn from one another and decide what they will do differently.

What leaders say
What leaders say
Coaching can help leaders understand what is keeping them stuck and turn that clarity into action.
Clarity
“Juliette helped me navigate a major career transition with confidence I didn’t know I had. I gained clarity on my values, strengthened my leadership presence and learned to trust my own decision-making. I have become a more grounded and effective leader — and my team has noticed.”
Action
“Juliette’s ability to draw out answers and solutions helped me think more critically and creatively. She challenged some of my pre-conceived ideas and gave me tools I still use today. Our sessions gave me renewed confidence and optimism as I navigated a professional change.”

About Juliette
About Juliette
I am Juliette Stephens, an executive coach and experienced transformation leader.
For more than 15 years, I have worked with leaders through complex change, difficult decisions and periods of greater responsibility. My experience includes leading change across global organisations including Shell, HSBC, BP, Fidelity and easyJet.
That experience shapes how I coach. I understand the pressure leaders face, but I do not assume I know the answer that is right for you. I give you space to think, ask questions that uncover what is getting in the way and help you turn clarity into action.

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Who is coaching for?
My coaching is for experienced leaders who feel stuck at an important decision or point of change. You may be navigating a career transition, taking on greater responsibility or deciding what you want next.
What happens in a coaching session?
You will have private space to think through what is happening, what may be keeping you stuck and what you want to do next. I will listen, ask questions and challenge your thinking where it is useful. You decide what action to take.
Can my company sponsor my coaching?
Yes. Your organisation can fund your coaching. Before we begin, we agree what the coaching is intended to support, what remains confidential and how any progress updates will be handled.
How does group coaching work?
Group coaching is for leaders from the same organisation who are working through a shared leadership challenge. We agree the focus and intended outcome with the company before the coaching begins. The format is then shaped around the needs of the group.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. What we discuss remains confidential, subject to the limits explained in the coaching agreement and any legal or safeguarding responsibilities. If your organisation is funding the coaching, we agree the confidentiality boundaries before coaching begins.
How many sessions will I need?
Coaching is offered as a six-session engagement. We will agree the focus and practical arrangements before we begin.
Are you an ICF-credentialed coach?
No. I am a Certified Personal and Executive Coach through the CaPP Institute and am currently working towards the requirements for an ICF credential.
How do I know whether coaching is right for me?
Book an initial conversation. We will discuss what you are working through, what you want to change and whether coaching with me is the right next step. There is no obligation to continue.
START WITH A CONVERSATION
Leave knowing your next step
Book a private 30-minute conversation to discuss the decision or change you are working through.
We will clarify what you want help with, explore whether coaching would be useful and decide whether working together feels like the right fit for both of us.
You will leave knowing your next step, whether or not that includes coaching with me.
I work with a small number of one-to-one coaching clients at a time so I can give each engagement the preparation, attention and continuity it deserves.
